Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Handling Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Transit Times

We offer straightforward shipping rates calculated based on your total order value. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

• Standard Shipping (Orders $0.00 – $39.99): $10.00
• Free Shipping (Orders $40.00 and over): $0.00 (Free)

Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time for all orders is 3 to 9 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-2 business days) + Transit Time (3-9 business days).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the latest scan events.

4. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Snooze Lab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any secondary shipping charges.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure every package arrives within the 3 to 9 business day transit window, carrier delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team immediately so we can file an investigation with the courier.
